Here are 5 steps you should follow:
- Absolutely no barefoot walking.
- Ice massage to indicated area for 10 to 15 minutes minimum, twice daily.
- Take the anti-inflammatory medication as instructed by the doctor.
- Wear your orthotics or temps at all times. (Please be aware that they may not fit in all of your shoe gear. Try to wear them in a wide deep shoe.
- Do gentle stretching in the morning before getting up.
